In order to be covered, there are just a few criteria you need to meet:

Your Easy Bank Pro XL plan must be active before and until the end of your trip.
You must be a resident in The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, Belgium or Italy.
You and your partner cannot be older than 75 years old.
You're not traveling against any medical advice.
You comply with any requirements of a public transport carrier in its agreement to provide a service.
